  I had a great experience at CeX thanks to Wisdom. He was very polite, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to help me choose the right gaming headset for my iPhone 15 Pro Max, His customer service was professional and friendly throughout, and he answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It's clear he genuinely cares about helping customers make the right choice. Thank you, Wisdom, for all your help and I'll definitely be coming back because of the excellent service I received. Highly recommended!

  Extremely bad service, they do not sell items with their advertised price. I saw an item displayed at a price and took it to the till to which the manager made very clear that they can change prices whenever they like. I got to the till and the item was more and they said it doesnt matter if it was displayed at a certain price they could chnage it whenever they want? Im extremely confused is this not false advertising? They didn't have the courtesy to accept the displayed price and made me feel like I was in the wrong for asking it to be priced at the displayed price. Dont shop here they clearly dont understand consumer law

  I recently bought a PS4 from CEX, and I had a great experience. Vanessa was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions, making sure I chose the right console. The customer service was excellent, and the PS4 was in great condition. Thank you, Vanessa, for making the purchase smooth and enjoyable.

  Vanessa was really helpful and engaging, she took the time out in having a conversation with me regarding some the items I picked out, and the games I like. She also offered me a Cex card to make things more seamless in the future when shopping, as I am a member but don't have a card. She also explained that if anything isn't working that I have the option of coming and getting it fixed i.e cleaned or replaced. Thanks Vanessa!!!
