  I was in this store today to sell my PS4 collection. I was served by a girl named Maya. I am delighted with the customer service. Thank you very much for the friendly service, and I will definitely visit this store again. I recommend it to everyone!!!

  Extremely disappointed by the staff’s rude behaviour. When I asked to compare identical laptops with a £5 price difference, a staff member made dismissive, passive-aggressive comments. (She wasn’t even the one serving me! All she was asked to do was plug the charger in)! As a customer, I just wanted to make an informed choice especially when spending 100’s of pounds. Had this purchase not been urgent and time-sensitive, I would have walked out and gone elsewhere. Customers should feel comfortable enough to ask a many questions as they wish to avoid returns, complaints or issues. This experience left a very negative impression. I won’t be returning.

  Sophie and other staff were and have incredibly ignorant and rude. Every single time l've gone into that store and my friends have, acted all prissy an like a know it all when I required about an item and then when I tried to sell something, got yelled at because I wanted to sell my MINT BRAND NEW ps5, as a boxed grade (even tho I had brought it another store and they said it boxed price) telling me that the box was in disgusting quality, and just kept giving me dirty looks like I had done something wrong, same with my friend, he went and enquired about an item and he got treated like a waste of time and energy, they acted like he had just trashed the shop or robbed them even tho he had just simply asked if a certain console was in stock. By the same woman and guy with glasses… this is such a shame will never be shopping there again
