  I was planning to buy a spare RAM stick. One staff member was already busy serving a customer trading in a large stack of games. Since the RAM was locked behind a display cabinet, I needed someone to get it for me. It turned out the other staff members were behind the cabinet having a chit-chat instead. Honestly, it was really disappointing to see customer service take a back seat like that. A quick purchase ended up being a complete waste of time just because the team was too distracted to notice anyone waiting on the shop floor.

  Well. The staff was messing around and not focused at all. Both males was very unprofessional. The guy who served me had no idea what Xbox i was talking about. Purchased a console today ( Xbox ) got home to play it and it completely doesn’t work. Waste of a trip so now I have to come back in store tomorrow another wasted trip for them to do a lazy arse job again. Really bad service. Check your electronics properly before selling them.

  I found this firm helpful and efficient when I wanted to sell an almost new laptop. The price was possibly a bit less than I could have offered it for on EBay, but it was much less hassle and the money was in my account the same day.

  Came here recently to buy some games for my Nintendo switch, staff are kind and seem very knowledgeable. I understand that games may be limited so that part isn’t on them. Had a good experience and will be back soon.
