  Karen is a wonderful therapist. I took my daughter to see her for her anxiety/low mood. Karen got to the root of the problem, which helped my daughter immensely. She made us both feel at ease; she's very knowledgeable; and is generous with her time. Karen was also adaptable with her therapies & just really likeable. This really helped my daughter to trust her with the process. I wouldn't hesitate to visit Karen again! Thank you xx

  I have worked with Karen for about 2/3 months. She is super amazing at being neutral. She is logical. She also is great at responding by text and phone call if you need it. Would highly recommend.

  After successfully working with Karen in 2021 I had a significant setback in the Autumn of 2024. After using the tools Karen supplied earlier I was able to navigate the issues but realised at the end of 2024 that I needed more help. Karen accepted my emergency call graciously and a session was organised immediately which was extremely productive. I would give Karen more than a 5* review! Thank you

  Karen is amazing, she is very good at getting to the root of the problem and solving it. Karen uses some alternative therapies that do work in a short space of time so no need to have lots of sessions I only needed 1 but booked another just in case I slipped back. Karen is warm and friendly, shes very easy to talk to with it seems natural healing abilities. I very highly recommend Karen to anyone needing a bit of help and support.

  Karen is brilliant! I was quite sceptical at first but I trusted Karen to get me sorted and she did! I’m so glad I found her (she came very well recommended) and I can only describe my results as life changing! I thoroughly recommend Karen- just trust her!
