I had such a positive experience at the Apple Store Lakeside today, especially thanks to Adam. My phone had been stolen, and the whole situation was already very stressful. I had purchased the phone in the store but couldn’t find the receipt or proof of purchase in my emails. I had also tried calling the store, but unfortunately couldn’t get through. As my insurance company needed proof of purchase, I came into the store straight after work, already tired and stressed. I was greeted by one of the lovely team members at the front, who then introduced me to Adam. From the moment I spoke to him, he was incredibly helpful, patient and understanding. He took the time to listen, reassured me and, most importantly, found a way to help me get the proof of purchase I needed. Adam completely took the stress out of what had already been a very difficult situation. His kindness, professionalism and willingness to help really made a difference. Thank you so much, Adam, for going above and beyond. Apple is very lucky to have someone like you on the team! 🙌🏼

A terrible experience. Was told it would be a 30 minute wait to be seen at the Genius Bar by an expert- that’s absolutely fine, and I carried on with the other shopping I needed to do at the centre. However, it took one hour and ten minutes until I even received a message to say I should come back to the store. After that, I was told I would be seen shortly, but continued to wait for another 25 minutes. In total, I was at the store for two hours and yet no issue was resolved and I’ve had to find an alternative on my own via Amazon as I give up.

Sean, at Apple Lakeside, is the prime example of why I love being an Apple customer. He showed the upmost professionalism and understanding, and I couldn't be more thankful for the service I received from him & the team.
