  So today my partner and I went to the store for an appointment to change the screen on her iPhone. On arrival my partner was told to disable her find my iPhone app and for some reason it’s wasn’t initially accepting her password. They had already kept waiting past our appointment time I might add. The girl was actually quite rude saying we would unable to have the screen done now while we wait as we were struggling to get into her Apple account. We went out the shop and managed it with two minutes however and went back in to them be totally ignored for another ten minutes and when my partner spoke to another member of staff about it we were fobbed off saying they had other customers now. It was them that started ten minutes late to start with. Shocking service from so called Apple staff. Will get an android next time I upgrade as their service in this store was nothing short of appalling.

  I bought a new iPhone 17 Plus, and in less than a year, the phone became bent. When I took it to the store, Apple claimed that bending isn't covered under warranty and demanded £200 to replace the casing, refusing to acknowledge any inherent quality issue with the device. We wanted to escalate the matter, but were simply given a phone number. I am deeply disappointed; after using this brand for so many years, my trust in the product has been shaken.

  Had an appointment booked to sort out a faulty pair of Beats earphones, I arrived 30 minutes early and the staff explained there were a few people to be seen before my booked time which was fine. When my time slot arrived they were quick to help and very friendly, explaining the whole process clearly! As the Beats were still under warranty they were more than happy to order a replacement pair which they explained would take a few days. I was very happy with their service and the way I was treated like a valued customer! Thank you Apple store staff for your help!

  Hate going to this place. Turned up for my Genius Bar appointment and stood there for just under 20 minutes with zero acknowledgement. Staff made eye contact and then quickly walked off to their current customers, while people who arrived after me were lucky to get checked in straight away. No one bothered to check me in or even ask if I needed help. Eventually I just left. Hate going to this place.

  The latest update put my phone into the restore position apple support could not fix it so they made appointment to go to lakeside store, a lovely blonde haired lady fixed it for me with no problems, so polite she made sure everything worked okay before I left.
