  Avoid this place like the plague 3 weeks and counting to repair my headphones i have had 3 months no contact no one answers the phone at the store apple support is useless my daughter went in to ask what was going on told cant share any information there headphones not my bank details.

  Been to Apple Store wanted to have a replacement battery due to failure on dropping calls client complained to me all week. Masuma was very helpful however Dillon did not understand my concerns. However Samsung is the way forward.

  Apple are scammers. After battery replacement in 6 months my battery is already 92% health. And after iOS 26.5 the phone gets extremely hot I can fry an egg on it. My last iPhone, definitely. Yesterday my battery health was 94% today is 92% iOS 26.5 is destroying my phone. 1400£ for a phone that gets to be a nuisance to use after 2 years. I hate my iPhone 15 pro max, Apple is not the high quality brand it used to be.

  Initially we were welcomed by a very polite man who then booked a consultation to discuss the iPhone options. I was talking to my mother about the phones when the “consultant” CJ suddenly came and asked several times “do you need me? Do you need me or not?” As if we were meant to be waiting in silence. We didn’t even realise the consultation began. I asked what the difference was between the iPhone 16 and 17 pro camera and she said I could look it up myself on the screen, when I didn’t know how to react to her she said “I’ll do it for you”, awful and condescending and extremely unhelpful. Apologies for the other staff for putting a 1 star but CJ was honestly made the experience terrible
