  Pat from Leyland Home Improvements assessed damage quickly and gave a fair quote for repointing. Quick, reliable and great communication. The repointing work was completed to a high standard. Everything was done on time and with great attention to detail. Highly recommended and will definitely be using in the future

  I recently had my whole roof replaced by Leyland Home improvement and I must say Pat and his team were excellent. Pat sent a detailed quote, pictures that he had taken after inspection of our roof and his communication was clear and he answered all our queries happily. We felt secure and we were not disappointed. Pat and his team worked very hard and efficiently to replace the whole roof within 2 days as the rains were coming. They cleaned the site thoroughly and spoke to our neighbours to reassure them. We very much appreciate all of Pat's professionalism and are very happy with the final result.

Me and my wife both decided we needed a whole new roof as he inherited the house from my father and it was badly damaged we looked around for a few quotes and decided to go with pat he made it stress free and took care if everything his expert roofers gave us expert advise it bad brilliant and I highly recommend thank you so much pat from James and Samantha

  Pat turned up at short notice after I lost roof tiles in recent storm. Assessed damage quickly and gave a fair quote. Did job then and there without need of extra cost of scaffolding. Also did repair to flat roof damaged by fallen tiles at no extra cost. A nice conscientious guy he left he place clean and took away all excess rubbish Throughly recommended and will definitely be using in the future
