  Went to CEX dagenham about 2 weeks ago and was helped by 2 employees named Timothy and Michael. They were really hardworking and kindly helped me find what I wanted to buy in the store. Really satisfied with their customer support.

  Rare items include: Some Bluetooth Portable Desktop Speakers for £45 perfect for a miniature bedroom rave. A Sega Saturn for £65 and a silver PSP for £155 approximately. These are my notes coming from customer who visit here yesterday. I'm sure nobody would pick it up before me.

  I've had a few problems with this specific cex at the heath way over the last few years. Cex is a franchise and it would seem the owner of this cex really does not care for their customers. I brought a headset from this shop a few years ago. Before I brought the headset I asked one the staff does this work on ps5 , as I couldn't find any information online about it. He assured me it would work, I asked him if this doesn't work can I get my money back(not a credit note!) he said yes there would be no problem if I brought it back straight away. Got home it did not work with the ps5. Took it back within 30 minutes, when I got back the man I spoke to previously decided to change what he had said to me 30 minutes prior ,And said I could only get a credit note . So this ,an blatantly lied to me +wanted to give him a slap for lying. Next time was a game I brought for my son and wouldn't play online and it was an online game only. They refused to change the game for me and instead offered to buy it from me for half the price I paid for it 2 hours ago. IF I WERE YOU I WOULD STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS FRANCHISE OF CEX. Also checkout the amount of one star reviews , saying exactly the same problem...THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! AND STAY AWAY FROM BARKING AS WELL AS THEY ARE NOT ANY BETTER. Both shops do not care for their customers! Stop using these retailers that do not show us the respect as customers, because without us they are nothing. If you are wanting to use a decent Cex and can travel, Grays in Essex is excellent they are extremely nice and I have never had a problem with these guys.
