  Chris was asked to flush our heating system and clean out our boiler’s heat exchanger. He arrived on time and, after explaining what he was going to do, he completed the task in good time and left our property as he found it. He was happy to answer our questions as he worked, and kept us up to date on his progress. The job was done in good time. From our experience we would happily use his company again and recommend them to others.

  Chris provided a quote for some work and scheduled the visit. He arrived on time and was friendly and professional throughout, including wearing protective footwear and cleaning up after the work was completed. The jobs were finished as agreed, and Chris communicated clearly about what had been done. The invoice matched the quote. I would recommend Chris, and will certainly use his services again.

  I met Chris, the owner of the firm, and we got to talking. After listening to him, I booked an appointment to take a look at a boiler exchange and some necessary repairs. We discussed options, and I was promised an estimate of the work that arrived promptly. After a few other quotes, I found that Elms met my budget. We then arranged a time which we had to change a few times, we had clear and friendly conversations where Chris was flexible with what I needed. On the day Chris arrived himself and carried out the work and completed everything on time and in one day. It was a good professional and friendly visit and the site was left as if Chris had not even been there. I would highly recommend the services of Elms Heating & Plumbing.
