  I rang Creasey Drainage to sort out our kitchen sink as we were having no luck getting our water to drain! It was causing a fair amount of stress and when I rang they said they could be there soon. It was no more than half an hour before they turned up and another half an hour when the job was sorted! Would definitely recommend - they were polite, friendly and professional and got the job done to a high standard

  ​I cannot recommend this drainage company enough. After giving them less than 24 hours' notice for a stubborn kitchen drain blockage, they called ahead and were actually able to fit us in early. Their flexibility with timing was a lifesaver, allowing them to completely handle the job while I was away at work. ​They used a CCTV camera to survey the drain, cleared it completely using drain jetting both ways, and even used a dye test to double-check the flow. What really impressed me was their proactive approach—they checked our other drains while on-site and informed us of potential issues we might face in the future. They even spoke with our neighbors to ensure everything went smoothly. ​Throughout the process, their communication was top-tier. They kept me fully updated via WhatsApp with videos and photos of the CCTV footage and the progress. They were incredibly professional, left the site spotless, and made sure everything was put back exactly where it belonged. It is rare to find a trade service where you feel completely safe leaving them to get the job done. If you need reliable, fast, and professional drainage experts, look no further!
