- MPMark PerkinsSep 21, 20261.0Dropped two items at 12.00 to be checked and sold, given time slots of 13.20 & 14.50 to return, went back to the shop at 15.00 and neither had been checked. was given the option to leave them there and they would bank draft the money but looking at the other reviews below mine this doesn't happen.......so I took the items away. Save your valuable time and go to the Chelmsford store, its managed so much better. No response required as it would only say that time expectations are approximate...........an extra two hours than quoted!!!! I think that is disappointing to say the least. Poor!!!!

They said it was still paired so couldn’t do the check but when I dropped it off they only said to reset it. Really if they used their head, they could’ve called me when testing to remove from my iCloud but instead just disappointed me. Will never be back and really put me off buying used. Edit for response: The timeframe wasn’t the issue.. it was waiting for them to just say they hadn’t done it..
