  Colin is a fantastic craftsman, whose work is first-rate, and whose pricing is transparent and reasonable. Colin takes time to get to know his clients, and to understand the meaning their books have in their lives. Colin is a true bibliophile and his philosophy of why books matter and how their very presence in a home can spark a life-long joy of reading, learning, and thinking is both delightful and clearly manifests itself in his work and his approach. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

  We were delighted with Colin’s worrk restoring and rebinding an album which is between 150 to nearly 200 years old. He explained clearly what was necessary and gave us a guide to the cost which in the event he kept significantly below the worst case scenario. Throughout the repair he kept us in touch with progress. The album is now a much admired and highly valued object in our museum and we feel sure will be available for possibly another 150 years. We have already recommend Binding Arrangement to another organisation.

  I am so glad I found Colin to restore two books that are very special to me. On meeting him I was instantly comfortable to leave my precious books with him and I was happy with his price. He finished before the date stated and he did a first class job!! Brilliant.
