- RSRob SharmanSep 12, 20261.0Submitted my xbox wireless controller for stick drift repair, was told it was a 7 day turn around. They then informed me that their was a delay so i attempted to cancel the repair and return the controller. They blatently ignore emails and are impossible to contact. When i re-visited the store (who take the booking and send it off) to questioned this, they also tried to contact them several times to no avail. Took them 20 days to return the controller and now it keeps dropping out of contact with my console despite resetting etc. The stick drift was fixed! Overall, terrible experience had to buy another controller anyway due to the delay and the 'repaired' one is useless now. Best bit, you can't get hold of them to complain! Hence the one star - which is generous!
