I'm satisfied with Jerry's quotation on behalf of Zenith Windows Ltd. He was straightforward and honest in explaining the breakdown of works in layman terms, the total costs, payment schedules and timelines for window instalment and for the surveyor to contact me about arranging an appointment to measure up. I appreciated Jerry's transparency and respectful interactions that I felt comfortable to ask questions and no pressure placed upon me. A couple days later surveyor appointment is booked.

Excellent service from start to finish! I’m really pleased with my experience with Zenith Windows. From my very first meeting with Jerry, the sales representative, I felt I was in good hands. Jerry took the time to properly understand what I was looking for, explained all the options clearly, and gave me practical advice rather than simply trying to sell me something. I really appreciated his honest and helpful approach. Laura was also fantastic when it came to arranging and coordinating the fitting. She was helpful, professional and made the process straightforward. The fitting team were equally impressive. They were professional, polite and respectful of my home. They worked cleanly and tidily, took care throughout the installation and did an amazing job fitting my new windows and front door. The finished result looks fantastic and has made a real difference to my home. A big thank you to the entire Zenith team, from the initial consultation through to the installation. It’s refreshing to experience such good customer service and workmanship throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Zenith Windows to anyone considering new windows or doors.

Excellent service received from the team. The most delightful man came around called Jerry and took all of our measurements of the home, he was really patient a real can do approach. Then the installation team came Darren and Jake they were efficient and tidy-up after they had finished. We were kept updated by team leader through the process, and we didn't have to wait long. Overall a very positive experience. Thank you Michelle and Audrey

I’m really happy with the work Zenith did on my Facia and Soffits. I had fantastic service from all team members involved, and Stacey (who replaced the Fascias, gutters and soffits) was a lovely person, worked quick, was great at his job, cleaned the area after and left an amazing finish to the front of my property. Really happy with the results and I would highly recommend Zenith and their services.
