  I have just had new uPVC sash windows installed at the front of my flat, replacing timber ones which were over 100 years old and were decayed, draughty, and difficult or impossible to open. I am absolutely delighted with my beautiful new windows, which will keep the character of the property while giving me the benefits of modern, energy-efficient ones. I have also been most impressed with the excellent service I have received from the team at Zenith: Stephen's wise advice with selecting and ordering the windows; Paul's survey that ensured that they fitted perfectly; Darren and Jake for an efficient and tidy installation installation in hot weather, and for dealing so capably with a couple of unexpected snags that came to light once the work started (rotten timber underneath the old windows and crumbling plaster); Jack, who did the re-plastering at short notice; and Lorna for keeping everything on track. I have another two windows to replace, and after such a good experience I have had no hesitation in asking Zenith to do those for me too.

  Thank you to Matt at zenith windows for showing us how a customer needing new windows and doors should be treated. Great communication since meeting you and then organising the kindest gentleman (Colin) to come and see our project to discuss our needs. We will 100% sealing the deal with zenith today.

  We had 10 windows renewed (black on front and white on the back). Also, new facias, soffits, guttering and cladding on the front of the house. We are very pleased with the outcome. They were very quick to install, high quality and very experienced workers. Also very tidy. Good customer service with good communication. Would definitely recommend.

  Really really happy and super impressed with the work on my house today, the process was so easy and didn’t feel pressured at all, they gave me a quote (which I must add was extremely competitive) left it with me and simply said let us know, I agreed, paid and booked in, work done. Stacey the fitter is a top bloke too so massive credit to him, turned up had a little chat and a coffee and cracked on, my house feels so different now, my gutters and fascia’s looked so tired so very happy with it!! I’ll deffo be using Zenith again for sure, thanks both Matt and Stacey, much appreciated. 5* from me.
