  I contacted them to try to get some spare parts for my kitchen (not supplied by them). They were super-helpful and put the manufacturer in touch with me the very same day, and my issue is being resolved. To take that trouble to help someone who wasn’t even their customer shows how helpful they would be to their actual customers. Thank you, Three River Kitchens!

  We needed a new kitchen for our second floor apartment and looked at several local suppliers before selecting Three River Kitchens. When discussing the outline requirement we were impressed by Andy's understanding of our needs and impressed with many of his design points, such as inclusion of boiling water tap to avoid clutter with a kettle, and the cabinet layout to get most from limited space available. Of course, there were a few revisions along the way, each one refining the design, but all handled with understanding. Iain handled the ordering of many individual parts without a hitch. Come the big day, Bob led stripping out of the old with many trips to the skip. New parts were marshalled and construction underway.  A project like this, in limited space, was sure to cause disruption but Bob always made sure to keep us informed of progress and with access to all services.  Electrics, plumbing, plastering, tiling and fitting were all handled by excellent guys. Were there any problems? Yes, we had a couple, such as damaged doors in the shipping process. On a job like this, one or two issues might be expected along the way and the question is how they are resolved; in all cases to our full satisfaction and without quibble. Three River Kitchens were not the cheapest of our survey (or dearest!) but I have no quibble with  the price for the quality of components, fit and customer service. I rarely work with "star" ratings on reviews as its a highly abused process, but would certainly have no issue in recommending Three River Kitchens.

  Recently used Three Rivers Kitchen’s for a total remodelling, kitchen design and completion project for kitchen and utility room. Everything, from the showroom visits to the finish, felt personal and never too much trouble for them. We had tried other known design companies who simply had no ideas other than to replace old for new in almost the same design. Our experience with Three rivers was totally different and the designer suggested things we would not have dreamed possible. They produced several computer generated designs which really enabled us to visualise everything and the finished job was even more beautiful than the image we settled on! One of my highlights was going to the stone manufacturer to select the worktops. This really highlighted how unique and independent my kitchen was going to be. This experience, combined with the fact that Three Rivers were using local independent companies, was great! Every tradesman that came through the door was polite and professional and I felt at ease leaving them in my home. The project was managed smoothly and inconvenience kept to a minimum. The appliances are top range and I couldn’t be happier with the finish. Thank you for a great job Three Rivers!

  I'm really excited to attend their opening ceremony. From previous experience I know their creative director has a wealth of knowledge so am keen to see the showroom in all it's glory!
