  I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Essex & Anglia Preservation for their outstanding service throughout our bungalow purchase. From the first phone call, the team were friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. Buying a property can be stressful, especially when unexpected issues arise, but they made the whole process much easier to navigate. Their communication was excellent.   We needed expert advice on the condition of any existing damp proofing for a listed building before sale. Adam came in and was thorough, explained everything he was looking for and why certain elements of the inspection showed certain readings, etc.. The result was a detailed, independent analysis of the property which pointed us in the direction of the ideal solution. In short, the perfect service for what could have been a stressful side of the property sale. I can't recommend the service highly enough.
