A guy in there, his attitude is just awful, he comes across, rude, comes across as not giving a toss about customer care and just wants to get a sale. Awful experience and the poor girl that is getting trained up by him was so friendly and bubbly, shame I couldn't of just upgraded with her. 2nd time I've been in there this week and he's made me feel pressured and extremely uncomfortable both times....thought I'd get lucky this time and he wouldn't be there...but low and behold I got him again....very unhappy and will be upgrading online now.
