  Terrible treatment by people collecting for the charity. Turned up late, refused to take items they were meant to take because they "didn't have time". One employee was okay, but the other one was extremely rude and unsympathetic. No idea how this person can work with a charitable organisation and act the way they do. I will point out that everything else was completely fine and I do not want to disregard the work of other people in the organisation, but this was a terrible experience and we will not be using this charity again.

  After waiting 3 weeks to collect my sofas they refused to take them as one had slight sun damage on the top even though I had previously sent photos They expect nearly new and the men were unfriendly. Its meant to be a charity but are extremely picky. Very disappointed
