  Would definitely recommend this firm. Natalie and Malcolm were great. Did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would and came up with a fantastic plan, really listening to our views and what we would like. Cant thank them enough for all their hard work

  We had a great experience working with Malcom on the concept and design for our new project! We reached out for assistance with the conversion of a residential 4 bedroom split level bungalow into a 6 bedroom HMO. From the outset, Malcom understood the brief, maximised the space, and created a design that balanced practicality, compliance, and aesthetics. The layout works incredibly well, and the attention to detail throughout the design process made a huge difference to the end result.   It has been an absolute pleasure working with Malcolm and the team. It took almost 2 years to get the plans passed with Brentwood council , but with Malcolm’s knowledge and expertise we got there! Very approachable and listens to your needs and gives sound advice. I would highly recommend him.
