  Just had our bungalow silicone rendered with 50mm insulation by Rob and his team. Wow what a total transformation. The team worked so hard, very professional, friendly and always tidy.The price was very competitive, actually cheaper than I expected for the quality of the finish. we have a keyhole bungalow, before they started Rob spent a fair time with me pointing out all the possible ways he could do things giving me great ideas for the way things could look . Thank you so much Rob for the way you've tranformed my drab looking bungalow into a great looking moden property. Also I've seen so many people looking at the place and taking down his details from his trade board on our property.

  First class service and work from Robbie and his team . Silicone rendering ( with insulation ) has completely transformed the look of our Bungalow. We will definitely be using them again .

  Robbie and his team had to contend with all sorts of weather when re-rendering the rear and panels of the house with the silicone render. We were always kept up-to-date with any changes in programme due to the inappropriate weather conditions. The work was carried out in a in a clean and tidy manner and as quickly as the weather would allow. We are very happy with the completed work and would be happy to recommend Modern Specialised Render to others.
