We were looking for contractors who can refurbish the whole of our dated house. Luckily we found J&M Premier Construct! We had all our house literally riped out from top to bottom ! We have done all house re-wairering,electric , bathroom remodelling from separate toilet and bath, new wall fitted in the kitchen, new floors and costum made shelves in the living room. John and Poki were extremely polite and helpful advising us all the way through and coming up with inventive ideas. They even give us and ideas about little things like light switches or spotlights. Most importantly they always tried to save us as much money as possible We spend good three months together and they have became friends you can relay on! I call them if I want to change something in the house or need a hand with little stuff. The company offers great prices and will try to cut your costs on materials and labour You can be sure you are not getting ripped off by your builder! I highly recommend the company , they are truly proven the most dreading jobs can be done smoothly and professionally. They are simply GO TO people! Try them 😀

I hired this company to change my fence and install a top trellis in my back garden. The service was impeccable. John is extremely professional, efficient and offers a fair price. We are very pleased with the outcome and would highly reccomend this company.

John has now completed several large projects for us over the last couple of years and we cannot recommend him enough. Initially he converted and extended an old garage into a fantastic fully functional garden room with black composite cladding and bi-folding doors. We were so pleased with the standard of work and attention to detail we asked him to landscape the whole garden. He installed a new porcelain patio and garden path, patio bi-folds, cladded walls, lighting, irrigation system, new driveway gates, new lawn and hedge planting. The workmanship was outstanding and we are very pleased with the finished result. We then had him come back to landscape the front garden, install a new driveway and refurbish another shed, again all of which was completed to the highest standards. John is very knowledgeable and is unbelievably very competent in a wide range of skills. When unforeseen issues arose he was proactive in coming up with solutions and dealing with them and taking away any worries we had. He and his team worked extremely hard even in poor weather conditions to ensure the work was completed on time and overall for very reasonable prices compared with other quotes we had. John is trustworthy, polite and always fair and it was a pleasure having him do the work at our house. We will definitely be using him again and recommend him 100%.
