I put it at a 5 so people can see it but really I’d rate it -1000, Everytime I come here to sell I end up, leaving empty handed. They are so god damn pathetic that even if you have a teeny tiny scratch which isn’t even on the screen and doesn’t effect the console at all they will say “oh we can’t take it.” Sorry mate but cash converters took it no problem. Same with phone my battery was a tiny bit below 80. They knocked down the price to £37 when I went into a phone shop I got £45 even they checked the battery and still got a better deal, so don’t bother selling in CEX it’s a rip off and you can get a better deal elsewhere, i recommend cash converters as they actually take stuff.

Improving to other CeXs. Just enjoying those big rows of physical media's. Of course, one's not on the wall do not reach up to the ceiling with no chance of being lost or not being to high to reach for things. It was well possible & fortunate to find a DVD. Despite that, the line can be long & high columns make that £1 DVD section look limited.

Shocking customer service. Both people behind the till were dealing with customers selling consols leaving the buyers in the queue to wait. No system in place for buyers and sellers and waited 50 minutes to buy some DVD. This was despite 5 people behind the scenes who could have jumped on the till to serve the people who were queueing. Apparently e commerce takes priority over the customers already waiting in store.

We were just in here and bought Wii games with my kids, and the person behind the counter was very polite and helpful, love shopping here.
