  Great service. I’ve never done a facial before, but they made me feel completely comfortable. The treatment was a proper deep clean felt very good. Clean facility and highly skilled staff. Will definitely be back

  I had a very disappointing experience with this lash service. My lashes were applied incorrectly and looked completely misplaced. When I requested removal, I was told I would have to wait an entire week for an appointment, which was extremely inconvenient given that the application was poorly done in the first place. Although I eventually received a refund for the service, I was still required to pay an additional £20 for the removal — which I do not believe was fair considering the issue resulted from improper application. More concerning was the condition of my natural lashes afterward. The removal process caused noticeable damage to my original eyelashes, and it was quite painful. I experienced discomfort during and after the procedure, which should not happen with professional lash work. Overall, this experience was frustrating, uncomfortable, and disappointing. I would not recommend this service based on the lack of care, accountability, and the damage caused.
