  From the moment they arrived to collect my uncle, to the end of his funeral service, Fletchers were phenomenal. Mark was kind, honest, sincere, empathetic and so helpful. He couldn't have made things go any smoother. Nothing was too much trouble. Bearing in mind I'm based in Birmingham and was arranging a funeral in Goole, you'd think it would have been more complicated. Every phone call, every email, every question was dealt with by knowledgeable and friendly staff. Recommendations for a celebrant were spot on, and communication was second to none. I only wish they were local as they'd be my funeral director of choice forever.

  Looked after my dad’s funeral with amazing care and attention. Nothing was too much trouble and had some suggestions for us as well with things we hadn’t thought of. On the day, they were professional and caring. We wanted a bright colourful celebration of life, and they helped us give that to my dad.
