  zero stars if i could. took payment for a charger port change said he could do it the next day. wait for 2 hours next day and he never showed. messaged on all his social media pages and got zero response. day later he messaged saying something came up and I could go in Wednesday. I asked for a refund said I wouldn't be carrying on with the service and hes ghosted me. now having to challenge through the bank to get my money back. stay well clear.

  Would give them 0 stars if I could. The owner Liam has no idea what he's doing. Absolutely terrible shop, I paid for a screen repair, I paid before the service as he gave me a sob story about struggling with money and people ordering parts and not coming back (DO NOT DO THIS!) had to take the phone back 4 seperate times because he kept making mistakes again and again. he left the inside screen protector on the first time, then messed with the camera leaving it blurry and left the screen half hanging off and got me to drive an extra 20 mins to his house to pick it up?! . I took it back again as the screen was hanging off he re attached the screen and glued it (after I told him he has to) which you'd think a professional repair shop would know. He told me to let the glue set for 20 mins, I left it an hour, checked and the screen was still not attached there's a glitch in the top of the screen due to him adding too much pressure (which he admitted) and now the whole screen is glitching. I have him FOUR chances to fix it, I understand mistakes but he clearly just simply has no idea what he's doing. I was sick of giving him chances so requested a refund, which he refused. In his words "the phone is fine there's nothing wrong with it" While looking at a poorly attached screen and seeing it glitch and seeing the camera is blured, absolutely terrible service disgusting behaviour. I have photo and video proof of the damage along with receipts and he still refused to give me my money back. He's simply a scam artist, took my money gave me my phone back with different problems it didn't have before, he's a thief do not go here unless you wanna loose your hard earned money and phone to this horrible shop. It's only been open 2 weeks in the billing aquadrome location don't see it lasting much longer if this is how he treats his customers. Thief

  Highly recommended, very knowledgeable, great prices, my screen has been replaced and a new battery on my iPhone. I have also got my own custom case from Mr Gadget. Sorted in no time. A lot cheaper than high street phone repair shops.
