  We couldn’t be happier with the service. We had the window in our spare room replaced for a tilt&turn frame, as well as a glass panel replaced in another window, and the whole process was excellent from start to finish. From the professional and precise measurements, to the clear communication via email, everything was handled efficiently and professionally. On fitting day, the team were quick, accurate and respectful of our home. The new window looks fantastic, and they left everything absolutely spotless...you genuinely wouldn’t know anyone had been doing work here! We’re extremely happy with the result and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and tidy window fitting service.

  Called Chris to arrange a visit for a broken front door lock for my Mum, he was able to attend same day! She was very relieved as she couldn't open the door once locked. Great service as always - have used Glass Exchange for years, very reliable and professional service :)

  We had recently our windows upgraded by Glass X and they have been phenomenal. Very good service from start to finish, not pushy, kept us updates and very friendly and clean during installation. Would definitely recommend and use again.
