He cannot keep focus and was too busy trying to upsell instead of listening to what I wanted to do. He miss sold me a sim when I wanted a new contract phone and sim. He sold me a stand alone sim first without a phone and did the credit check so it couldnt be undone. When i stated several times i wanted a new phone he said he understood that bit kept talking to the other person who was with me as my number was connected to her contract. He kept trying to do too many things at once and royally messed it for me so im now stuck paying for a sim i dont need for thr next 3 years because Ross was more interested in talking about the new 5G tower they put up by his house, telling us his address, trying to upsell to the other person there. So if you go to this store do not go to him if you dont want to waste a fortune on something you dont need. This will be my last contract with three

One was decided upon and, luckily I forgot my drivers licence to ID myself with. So I placed that upgrade on hold till I could next come into the store. I checked online for upgrade prices and it was 10x cheaper to upgrade from the site. However, in store they were preaching that they had better deals for existing customers in store than online. I advise anyone thinking of upgrading, getting a contract, or new handset with this company to check their site first. As it saved me £40 in upfront cost as well as £10 off of my monthly bill.
