  Highly recommend the guys at Reneweco - my house has been on the market a few weeks now and the estate agents had told me they'd get someone in touch to do a new EPC but never did, which resulted in the house being taken off the market without being told. Reneweco was recommended by a friend and they have been excellent. Very clear communication, availability for the week after my initial enquiry and very fairly priced too. Efficient EPC carried out (took approx 1 hour) and paperwork sent over same day. Hugely impressed and would definitely recommend anyone looking for an EPC through an independent company.

  I used Reneweco to carry out an EPC on my property. Owen turned up on time he was extremely professional, he told me what he would be doing in the property. He gave advice on small improvements that we could make. I am very happy with both the service and price we received from Reneweco and can not recommend them highly enough. I would definitely use them again without hesitation.

  Renewco Solutions came recommended to me from a friend to complete a residential EPC assessment, and I would happily do the same. Very professional and helpful in all aspects, the tennant information sheet was received well and everything was booked in and completed in a timely manner.
