We couldn't be happier with our new built-in bookshelf. From the very beginning, Daniel took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and delivered it perfectly. The finished piece looks absolutely beautiful and fits the space so naturally that it feels like it was always meant to be there. What impressed us the most was Daniel's attention to detail and overall commitment to getting everything just right. He wasn't focused on simply completing the job, he genuinely cared about creating the best possible result and regularly went the extra mile to make sure every aspect met his high standards. Daniel also struck the perfect balance between following our ideas and offering helpful suggestions to make the design work even better in the room. The end result is exactly what we had envisioned and we are delighted with it. On top of it all, Daniel is a genuinely lovely person to have around. We always enjoyed chatting with him while he was working on the installation and this made the whole process fun from start to finish. We would recommend Gladeside Furniture without a moment of hesitation to anyone looking for a skilled, reliable craftsman who takes real genuine pride in his work. Sophie & Pete
