- SBSienna BleauSep 15, 20265.0I was a tourist with a dead phone and 0 knowledge about it or any of my chargers. A young man named Anare could not have been more helpful! And kind! Thank you, your positivity made the stress of a tech shop disappear.
- CMColm McAleaveySep 14, 20265.0Had problems with our WiFi. Gurdas was incredibly helpful, kind and efficient 11/10 service. Excellent service!

- SMSamuel MatriscianoAug 27, 20261.0I was completely mis-sold my contract at this store. The sales agent stated that I could cancel my contract at any time. They completely failed to mention that cancelling early meant I would be forced to pay out the full remaining balance of the contract, even though I mentioned that I would likely not be living in the UK for the full contract period. This is a highly deceptive and predatory sales tactic just to get a sign-up. Now they are trying to lock me into over £200 in fees. Absolutely a total lack of transparency. Save yourself the stress and go with a different network.
