They arranged us a broadband connection even when there was no network coverage at my pincode. When I tried to return the broadband, the store was closed forever. So came to this store, a woman said to come on next Thursday. Then when I got there on Thursday, they said it’s only been two weeks, so minimum three weeks is required to cancel a contract. I went there after 4 weeks, waited for half an hour and the store manager just said me to go to web-chat and raise a request to return the broadband. Why all this waste of time and energy? He could’ve told me that when I first went to them. When I asked about that, he complained about my tone and asked not be rude. Weren’t they rude all the time for wasting my time, energy and money? I have two concerns: 1. Why didn’t the first store manager explain to me in prior about no network coverage in my area? 2. Why didn’t the second store manager explain to me that there is a webchat to return rather than wasting my time and money repeatedly asking to come the next week?
