  I do not recommend. Their business practice are dodgy… I felt kind of cohered to get a business deal. They told me it will be just £8 but it’s not cause of VAT which maybe obvious but honest practice would be to inform customers of what they’ll actually pay. They also insisted that I needed to sign the deal straight away and that I was not entitled to a cool off period (which turns out to be a lie). I will never go again. I recommend going to the three store in St James Centre, friendly and helpful staff, they care about the customers and they don’t pressure you in signing deals without actually understanding them.

  Went in with a couple phones in mind. The staff there were helpful and knowledgeable about the specifics on each which helped me make my decision. There were a couple of computer glitches which slowed the process down but other than that the service from the person assisting me was good.
