- TMTracey MackayJul 26, 20261.0Very unhelpful member of staff - do not recommend visiting this shop if you’re a Three customer looking to upgrade !!!
- JNJack NobleMay 11, 20261.0Don't bother going in for account issues. Three customer "support" wouldn't help me then when I went into the store the employees wouldn't help me either. Tbh they didn't look like they wanted to be there and I don't blame them I wouldn't want to work for the world's worst company. Avoid getting a three contract at all costs. They aren't letting me cancel my contract despite it being over a year since it expired. The level of stress and annoyance it has caused me is astronomical. In the meantime they seem to keep extorting money from me.
- RDR DuongMay 30, 20255.0Great service and convenient location! I landed at the airport and went straight to get a SIM card for roaming in Europe. The employee was incredibly helpful—guided me in choosing the best option and even helped set it up on my phone. Definitely worth the short drive (just 7 minutes from the airport if you’ve rented a car). Highly recommend it!
- LMLisa MclellanJan 17, 20195.0Fantastic deal received on a new contract. Advisor I dealt with was able to sort a complex issue within a very timely manner. Fab customer service all round.
