It does not feel like a shop when the member of staff is sitting away from the counter engrossed in his mobile phone. My issue was not solved by the staff member on duty. This was a follow up to the same query that customer services could not resolve.
Conclusion I would not recommend Tesco Mobile.

I turned up at the mobile phone shop at 16.55 having travelled quite a distance. The shop worker told me she was shutting at 17.00 and that we had to leave. I showed her the Web page that said 18.00. She said not her problem and we should try another branch. Terrible customer service.
