Called into store at 10:15 to renew my contract and get a new phone (store opened at 10). Told to go away as it would take 10-15 minutes to boot up computer and check to see if the phone I wanted was in stock (surely computers should have been booted up to start at 10?). Called back 15 minutes later only for him to be serving another customer. Told I would have to wait another 15 minutes or so. I left realising that your representative from Tesco mobile really didn't want my business. I have been a Tesco mobile customer for several years and am really disappointed with the level of service I received today - he couldn't have been more disinterested.
