  I had this company out to install an outside security light, a few months later, the light tripped the house and the came out reasonably swiftly to repair it. They told me that the light let in water and so I needed a new light which I had to pay for. This week the light has again tripped the house. I’ve been calling and emailing about this all week and can’t get anyone to speak to me about it other than a receptionist who has no ability to do anything other than pass messages on for a mystery person to phone me back. And they haven’t phoned back. So despite my many calls, I have now spent the week and likely now the weekend with only partial power in my house. Terrible customer service - avoid this company at all costs.

  The communication has been fantastic, from initial reach out > to estimate > to scope of work. The electrician was on-time, he was professional and super neat and tidy. Easily the best experience I have had to date.

  Rhys did a great job. The replacement light was much larger than the previous one and a bit fiddly to install over a large island - indeed I thought i might have to help! Bur he managed it all himself, checking repeatedly that the positioning was how we wanted it. Outdoor plug installation went without any issues. Recommended.

  Cooker hood had blown after changing bulb. Contacted Leading Electrical Solutions whose electrician arrived o the next day at time stated, repaired fault. Happy with result.

  Recently got in touch to quote for a light fixture installation, plug and switch socket replacement, new double socket, and new under cabinet lighting. LES responded very quickly same day and after a couple of queries the work was arranged to be done the following Monday (couple of days later). The guys doing the work were very professional and friendly, checking in regularly to make sure I was happy with everything and to confirm placements etc. The work was completed to a high standard and very quickly. Everything was just so smooth and effortless! If you're looking for an electrician this is an easy recommend.
