  The service provided was extremely fast and informative from start to finish. All my questions were fully answered by messenger prior to accepting the quote. Would recommend the company to others. Very tidy work and fast instal. Thanks for all the support. I had original mains fire sensors replaced and wireless heat detector and additional sensor installed.

  Came out the same day on an emergency call-out for a faulty socket that was tripping our mains fuse. Very friendly and thorough. I'd happily recommend.

  Im really glad this is the end of my experience with leading electrical. I first booked for a quote and paid the invoice on July 8th. They weren't able to book me in to complete the work until August 4th. After they completed the work on August 4th, the issue seemed to be fixed and then broke again about 3 hours after the electrician left. It then took until August 7th for anyone to contact me back to get someone back out. This only came after me leaving calling 3 times and leaving 2 messages that no one responded too. I was booked back in on August 14th between 8-10am. I took time off work to let the electrician in. I then noticed on the website it said the electrician would not be due until between 11-1. I emailed the office and was told the electrician would be with me about 10:30. I couldn't take any further time off work so I had to cancel again. Again after a few days of being ignored the work was finally completed on August 18th. All of this time I was without lights in my bathroom, kitchen and one hallway. They offered to cover the fees for one of the additional call outs, which I'm very glad of because I absolutely wouldn't have been paying for it if they'd asked me to. Will absolutely not be using again. The two stars go directly to the two individual electricians that came out. The company and the way its run seem to be pretty poor.
