I have used this company now for a number of years. Boiler service. Replace faulty taps and replace gas piping from gas meter to house.
The service is always excellent. More importantly they always turn up when they say they will. If you want a good, honest and friendly plumber then I would highly recommend.

Phoned Murrayfield plumbing today. I needed a gas hob fitted, brilliant service. Jordan the engineer arrived, after giving me a quick call to say he was on his way. Polite, well presented and efficient. Thank you, for such a reliable service. Very impressed. :)
Needed my toilet fixing in an emergency. When I tried to get it back from the landlord/letting agency I was told that the price charged was more than double what they would expect. Complete rip-off. Would not use again.

Wow, I must be too used to using trades people who want to build relationships with customers who will continue to use them. After 3 days without heat/hot water (kids in the house) a plumber who was unable to take the job referred me here. At 5:30 (after a second, desperate phone call) a plumber came to have a look at my boiler. I had described that it was relatively new, and likely to be a minor issue when I spoke with him. He was here for 5 minutes, turning the pressure up and making some adjustments...and charged me £51.60. A week before Christmas, when he had been jobbing all day. I don't want to do business with people who only see customers as people to make money from - I am a business owner myself, and know that one can do better than that. Customers who are unhappy are likely to tell an average of 13 people - happy customers an average of 4. In the age of social media, good customer relationships are more important than ever - don't look for one here.
