  It’s the best place and always has the best customer service, the prices are always reasonable and good, it’s just one of those tech shops I would come by every now and then to check what they have and it’s the best.

  Workers are friendly, good selection of games, films and shows, good prices and in a good area (even if it is Hibs territory)

  You have to go into store to find out they don't have what you want. You can't just phone up first despite posting a phone number online. How long will it be before they go down the Tesco route if self checkout?

  I had a great experience at CeX Leith Walk. The store was exceptionally clean and well organised, which immediately stood out. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. Compared to other CeX stores I’ve been to, this branch is definitely outperforming the rest. The customer service is on another level, and the overall atmosphere makes it a pleasure to visit. Highly recommended!
