  I’m honestly quite annoyed about this. I bought the game expecting the discs to be handled properly, but the staff member put his fingerprints directly all over the underside of both discs when putting them into the case. That’s not how discs should be handled, and I don’t think it’s acceptable when you’re selling a game as a product. I shouldn’t have to clean fingerprints off a game immediately after buying it. Also didn’t get treated properly as a costumer would just let me pay and never said anything after environment is unacceptable

  WHERE CRITICAL THINKING GOES TO DIE Sold me a broken PS5 so I went back to get it swapped, only for them to give me a broken controller with the new unit. Returned for a third time and they faffed about for 15 minutes to replace the controller. Not a single apology was uttered for what ended up taking me all day. Totally inept staff members. On the way out I angrily told them the stereotype was true about CeX workers smelling bad and the idiot thought I wanted to buy a second hand stereo! Insane! Not a single national 5 between them!

  Always issue with these jokers, bank payments never ever done on time always have to return absolute joke go to another branch

  Went in with an immaculate, as new, refurbished by APPLE, Apple iPad. Tried to undercut me by £200. Claimed it was a category B. When I challenged the website categories B as having damage, which it doesn’t and in no way says you cannot trade in an excellent condition iPad that has been refurbished the I assume manager who kept running about on the phone to an alarm company not putting customers first uttered nonsense to me. Clearly as I’d called out her con like behaviour. I was very wary about this shop/company and my suspicions have been confirmed. Since sold to music magpie for £350! Your loss, I won’t be back, take this one star review as a warning!
