  Very poor customer service. I brought in my AirPods Max to see if they could be checked or repaired. The staff member didn't even bother to look at, inspect, or test the headphones at all and immediately told me I had to pay a £289 service fee. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience for an Apple Store.

  Presented my QR code for a genius appointment at the booked time and was told to have a seat. Waited 20 minutes and asked how much longer it would be, they said they were busy and would get to me as soon as possible. Waited nearly an hour and turns out I wasn’t checked in to begin with. Make sure you see this before they get you to have a seat.

  Fuimos porque un amigo tuvo un problema con su iPhone y finalmente se solucionó estando allí usando un cargador más potente. El lugar muy bien ubicado en el centro con muy buenas vistas de todos los edificios de los alrededores. Merece la pena darse un paseo por la zona. El personal amable y atento.

  We were served by a lovely lady today named Anne-Marie! Despite issues with set up etc, she remained incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. We really loved how professional she was and how kind she was throughout the entire buying process, we would highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy a new product! Thank you so much!

  Visited the store Saturday to pick up two new iPhone 18 pros. Seemed very busy, person took us upstairs to process the order and meanwhile we bought a couple of cases. We then asked about staying behind to set up the phones, the guy told us not to bother because the WiFi is slow and it gets really busy. Ridiculous, we had travelled all the way from Dundee, spent over £2500 on two phones and cases. Should be a better service to set them up with adequate WiFi.
