  Just moved in to my new home last week. Planned the flooring throughout with Jaime who was extremely knowledgeable without any pressure. House was a full flip so Tom who fits the flooring, (amazing), came in the day I got the keys to rip out all of the carpets as previous owners were heavy smokers, (understatement…). Once decorating was done, Tom came and fitted flooring downstairs a d carpets upstairs. Had used AI to plan every room so there were no surprises and the vision was achieved. Above and beyond service from EBR, met to price, timelines and great communication throughout. Highly recommend!

  We moved into our home in 2019 and found EBR for our carpets. Excellent service from Jaime. Very knowledgeable in her products and suitability for a busy family home. Excellent prices with no pressure. 2021, we went back to EBR again and we purchased LVT for the whole downstairs. Best decision we have ever made. Again, Jaime was excellent. I am due to have my stairs and landing renewed due to a recent decoration project. I will return to EBR flooring. Highly recommended

  Wide variety of high quality flooring at reasonable prices. Great displays and fabulous customer service. Extremely knowledgeable in their stock. No “seconds” in here.
