  I visited the store yesterday with my son, who was looking for a medieval-themed game for his console. We were helped by Jack, who provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Rather than simply pointing us towards a shelf, Jack took the time to talk with my son about the types of games he enjoys. He listened carefully to his likes and dislikes, even asking about his hobbies outside of gaming, and then suggested several games that he thought would be a good fit. What impressed me most was the depth of knowledge Jack had about the games. He explained each recommendation in detail, helping my son understand what to expect from the gameplay and storyline. Thanks to his advice, we purchased two games and came away with a list of others to look out for in the future. My son was absolutely delighted with the experience and commented on Jack's kindness as we left the store. We both agreed that someone who goes above and beyond to help customers deserves recognition. Thank you, Jack, for taking the time to make what could have been a quick shopping trip such a positive experience.

  Friendly knowledgeable staff and this store sometimes gets some absolutely gems of items in stock if you are willing to have a good look through their stock. I picked up a copy of final fantasy 7 on ps1 complete with manual for an insanely good price! The guy that served me was very helpful also, wonderful customer experience!

  Strange experience with staff 1. A broken bluray disc case (holding part in the middle) 2. When asked for a fine cloth to at least wipe disc they wiped it with a dirty one (went and did it myself at home) 3. A bit of a weird attitude overall when I was enquiring about items - decided not to visit this branch again despite on avg good previous experiences

  Love coming in here having a look and buying dvds and blu rays. And the workers are very nice and fun to chat with.
