  Above and beyond.................this was an enquiry about a pair of bath taps we bought (along with other stuff!!) over 20 years ago. The taps needed new cartridges but it was difficult to identify replacements , even using Google Lens!! So, I popped into the shop on Saturday. The guy was helpful but unable to provide details, as our purchase wasn't on the computer. However, he offered to get Denise to check manual records (pre computer) and get back to me. First thing Monday morning I got a call from Denise, followed by a confirmatory email - giving me all the information I required. So, if you're thinking of using AQS - also think about the benefit of after sales service - very impressive!!.

  We had our en-suite remodelled and fitted as well as a new downstairs toilet sink and bath panel installed and our experience with AQS was excellent from start to finish. Stephen’s expertise in design and product knowledge was first class and his advice was greatly appreciated when we were choosing the products. Nothing was too much trouble. Our fitter Julian was also fantastic! His eye for detail and precision was amazing. A true expert in his field. Can’t thank him enough.
