  We used True Roof to replace and renew our very old slate roof and add insulation. From the first phone call to having someone out to quote a price and the work being done, they have been nothing but professional and provided an excellent service. We had our roof done in December and during which noticed no loss in heat or any issues with rain whilst it was done (especially since it was done period of very bad weather) which speaks to the competency of work. I would happily say they went well beyond the expected service to even taking the time to speak/deal with our neighbours (who needlessly raised concerns and were being difficult) to explain the British Standards for new roofs and UK Regulations around such. All the lads we had working on the roof were really polite and kept us informed about the work if asked, likewise with the office staff we spoke to over the phone if we noticed any niggles or had any questions everything was dealt with very fast and professionally. The finished roof looks great and has made a huge different to the heat retention within the house! Couldn't recommend them enough!

  Really happy with my new roof, had a slight issue initially with trims above the window but Lynn took on board my comments and quickly got this all sorted. As promised no payment was taken until I was happy with the job. Have already recommended them to my neighbour who has now also booked to get his roof done.

  Just had our roof replaced by True Roof everything from first contact to the roof being completed was excellent, the roof looks great and will be tested this weekend if the weather forecast is correct. One point to note due to the layout of our house/garage we lost access to our garage for 6 days after the roof was finished due to a delay in the removal of scaffolding. I must mention the roofing team they worked their socks off and tidied up as best as they could at the end of the job.
