We purchased a new mobile phone last week for my elderly mother. It had a fault and would not connect numbers that were dialed in but would ring from contacts. I went back to the store tonight and the staff member JoHannah could not have been more helpful. She tested the phone, worked out what the fault was, (at this point it had me beat) and having decided on a different model due to the problem set up the new phone for me and explained about the new sim card I would be receiving from Tesco (ordered by a member of staff I had spoken to on the phone prior to my visit to the store) JoHannah could not have been more helpful, pleasant or patient if she had tried. Brilliant service. Thank you so much, I am very grateful for your help tonight JoHannah.

Leaving Tesco after being ignored for 20 mins.I arrived at 5 mins after opening on May 17 and was totally ignored/blanked for 20 mins whilst the salesperson attended to a customer. Not so much as "I'll be with you next or soon",just totally ignored!. It will cost me £8 to leave early tomorrow but Tesco will lose £132 next year because of this poor customer service.Once renowned for mobile customer service and affordable SIMs plans, I no longer wish to be associated with the Tesco Mobile
