Came into store today after having issues with curry’s, spoke to a young lass regarding AirPods 4, customer service was excellent, and they connected straight up with no faults unlike curry’s, a credit to the company, shame curry’s wasn’t the same. asked about the returns policy and way better than curry’s, must say they are way better for customer service.

Leaving Tesco after being ignored for 20 mins.I arrived at 5 mins after opening on May 17 and was totally ignored/blanked for 20 mins whilst the salesperson attended to a customer. Not so much as "I'll be with you next or soon",just totally ignored!. It will cost me £8 to leave early tomorrow but Tesco will lose £132 next year because of this poor customer service.Once renowned for mobile customer service and affordable SIMs plans, I no longer wish to be associated with the Tesco Mobile
