  ⭐☆☆☆☆ My experience with JW Woods Estate Agents has been extremely disappointing. I raised serious concerns about the property, including damage that was already present before I moved in, issues with the electricity and gas accounts being in debt, and ongoing problems with an inconsiderate and disruptive neighbour. I provided evidence, including photographs showing the condition of the property before I moved in, but I felt my concerns were not properly listened to or taken seriously. The response I received from the estate agents was extremely disappointing and left me feeling that my situation had not been handled with the professionalism, fairness, and care I expected. I was also concerned that my communications did not receive a response until I followed up, and I was left with the impression that my concerns were not being treated seriously. During my tenancy, I experienced behaviour from the landlord that I found deeply upsetting, including comments that I felt mocked my disabilities, my religious practices, and my use of phrases such as “wallahi”. I found this disrespectful and distressing. I also want to add that this estate agent appears to have a staff member who has made deeply offensive comments on LinkedIn about an Egyptian man and his Muslim beliefs. I am also concerned about the staff member’s association with a company director who has allegedly made repeated racist comments about Islam. I believe this behaviour raises serious questions about the standards and values of the people representing this business, and I hope the matter is properly investigated. A tenant should feel safe, respected, and supported in their own home. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling intimidated, dismissed, and without confidence that my concerns were being handled appropriately. Based on my experience, I would not recommend JW Woods Estate Agents.

  Highly recommend! The team at JW Wood have been amazing from start to finish with my house purchase. I've been kept updated throughout, communication has been very good and nothing has been too much trouble.
