- NNNikkiiSep 19, 20261.0Worst CEX store by far, 2 different items I’ve bought from this store that have been faulty. One being a PlayStation 2 slim pink which had a faulty laser. Returned it to a different Cex store which the staff mentioned they weren’t surprised due to the lack of care there and have constantly had things returned from that store. A few weeks later purchased a PlayStation 3 move controller which has a dead lithium battery and will not hold a charge for even 30 seconds even payed £10 for a different cable just to rule out any other faults. Now need to do another 20 minute journey to return it to them. Not great at all never had any problems with any other Cex ive been to and I use them quite frequently. Very disappointing.
- MVMikey VaseyAug 29, 20261.0These folks need some basic training in people skills, honestly not sure what I expected. They couldn’t be less interested in what you are trying to sell, trade in, or buy. Imagine asking for 2 rawl plugs to trade a wireless doorbell in 😂😂😂

- JSJas SinghJun 11, 20265.0Many thanks to this store for dispatching my online order; literally picked, packaged and shipped promptly the same day with DPD to arrive the very next day – I purchased a super rare accessory, and this was the only store in the whole country to have it! Very pleased with my experience.
- RPRazvan PopoviciJun 3, 20261.0Think of selling anything here, think twice. Every time I brought something in tay made sure to evaluate to as low grade as possible to give money as less possible. Last item i took, a midi keyboard in very good condition (no marks, no scratches, in perfect working order) which should’ve been at grade B, they downgraded to C grade due to “ keys discolouration ( nothing at such being even mentioned on their website on guidance section). Better wait and sell privately. Reply after Cex commented on my review: Nice reply but if you look at the pictures i aded, the grade criteria on your page is there as i took a screenshot when I posted it. 👍 soo..?
