  Many thanks to this store for dispatching my online order; literally picked, packaged and shipped promptly the same day with DPD to arrive the very next day – I purchased a super rare accessory, and this was the only store in the whole country to have it! Very pleased with my experience.

  Think of selling anything here, think twice. Every time I brought something in tay made sure to evaluate to as low grade as possible to give money as less possible. Last item i took, a midi keyboard in very good condition (no marks, no scratches, in perfect working order) which should’ve been at grade B, they downgraded to C grade due to “ keys discolouration ( nothing at such being even mentioned on their website on guidance section). Better wait and sell privately. Reply after Cex commented on my review: Nice reply but if you look at the pictures i aded, the grade criteria on your page is there as i took a screenshot when I posted it. 👍 soo..?

  Visited the store today to trade in my Samsung Note 20 Ultra. I was first offered £120 credit for the phone due to some scratches on the screen that they deemed to have it fall into category C. They also deducted £20 from the 'value' as I did not provide the charging wire for the phone. I left the phone with them for "testing" for 30 minutes. Upon my return they showed me that the backplate for the phone was "coming away" and therefore cannot take it. I know for a fact the phone was not like that when I took it to them as I had checked it over myself this morning. It is clear they had tried to prise the backplate from the phone. If for whatever benign reason they didn't want to take it all they should need to say is that they do not want it. Not to damage my property to the point I will not be able to trade this in anywhere. This is a disgrace. Never trade with these spineless crooks

  Visited the store on the 8th Feb 2026. Went with the intention of buying a Remarkable 2 Paper Pad. The item was clearly advertised and labelled with the item in the display cabinet as Grade A and including a pen and protective folder. I agreed to buy the item with the young lady I was dealing with. When I come to pay, I asked where the pen and folder was. I pointed to the label that she had in her hand that showed this. She was searching for them when one of the guys, I assume someone senior said it no longer came with the pen or folder. Apparently their policy had changed. Basically they separated the items out and decided to charge £70 for the pen and £28 for the folder, on top of the £310 for the Pad. Basically not far off retail new cost! I imagine the person who sold them it didn't get the option to sell these items separately! Absolute rip off and false advertising! Will never trust or use them again.
