  We used Belvedere let’s due to the new renters rights act that was coming in to place on the 1st May, Judith & Ally's customer service is second to none, they are both very professional & customer focused and very knowledgeable. If anyone is thinking about using a letting agent then this is the company you need to use, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

  I have recently signed up with Belvedere let's, as a doctor I don't have time to manage what is my first property and I'm very happy with the service. Judith has been brilliant it is my first time with an agent but I'm very impressed.
