  I've used YES Computers previously so when the hard drive on my laptop failed, based on previous experience it was the obvious place to get the issue resolved. I found James and the team both very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the issues and suggesting the best solution which fully resolved the problem. The personal level of service YES provides far outstrips the options provided by the larger UK chains offering similar services so it's great to support a local business that delivers a reliable and friendly service.

  Absolutely fantastic service from Sue today. My laptop was completely inaccessible Sunday evening, and I needed it for work the next day. First thing Monday I popped down and used the Yes priority service. Sue was communicative throughout, and got it fully restored and reloaded onto a refurbished laptop I bought from them in around 3 hours! Very impressed! Will be my go to tech support from now on. Thank you Sue and the rest of the team.
