I didn't use it in the past around 1.5years but paid for the fees as early cancellation means you basically need to pay the unused months. But my contract is less than a month to end and they still need a 30days notice period after the 2years ends. Moreover they said me I need to return the broadband hub, they said if they find it waterdamaged or broken they charge me £105. I wrote them no word mentiones this return in my contract what I signed when I opted for their service 2years ago but Three claimed its on their website. I said them, the contract I signed didn't have any mention of the return of the hub after 2years and pasted it to them, they just kept saying its on their website. I said them if they can say different thing than what I signed 2years ago, they can say the hub is broken when they receive it. How can I prove it was working if I returned it? I told them don't expect me to pay anything for the hub but I am not returning it. They kept linking their website...Complete rip off and no matter what your contract includes if they can say other things claming a website which doesn't take too long to change. So stay very far away from Three!

Since they (the shop) sold me the business contract, they can have a one-star rating. Can’t recommend three broadband. It’s terrible, and customer service once you have signed is abysmal.

I would definitely recommend visiting this Three store for great service, advice and after sales support. The staff members are always ready to help :)
