  Absolutely fantastic service from speaking to Natalie to book the appointment to the lads doing the job. Mick was professional and friendly and sorted the problem quickly and efficiently. Fantastic price too, I was fitted in on the same day, with Natalie phoning me back straight away to confirm the time. Honestly I cannot fault anything!

  I’ve used MD Drainage a few times now, both for clearing blockages and recently for a drainage survey, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. Natalie in the office is always fantastic to deal with – friendly, professional, and really helpful when arranging appointments. She makes the whole process smooth and keeps you well informed. Mick, the drainage engineer, carried out the survey and was brilliant. He’s very knowledgeable, thorough, and clearly takes pride in his work. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done properly. In the past he’s also helped with some blockages for me and the service has always been quick and reliable. Overall the service from MD Drainage is outstanding – professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. It’s great to find a company you can trust, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.
