  I went to cex till sell a hp lap top I priced it on there website i put in all the right information on the item and got a set price I went into there store and was told to come back at five and when i returned the the lap top cleared there checks and price was already calculated and loged on to there system and the woman give me a price £7 pounds short of whats on the website and she then went onto there wedsite and checked the price and then sayed to me they over payed me £7 I sayed that not wright and the woman sayed i most of got the wrong laptop price and I sayed no I put in the correct info on line then this other man jumped in and say oh sorry he was on his lunch break and come back on the floor and updated the price on line and cut an other £7 off after the woman made her final price and was loged onto there system So in the end up cex cut me short of £14 from what was on there website in the first place. I really do not like how they treat customers who speak up and correct them on their job I was told if I dont like it go. They knew they had me locked in as I all ready sold the ps4 games at start of ps4 and laptop checks. I get they are a business but cex remember treat your customers with respect With out us yous wouldn't have a job in the first place.

  I traded my dj controller in thought it would get a grade but no a b grade for a bit of dirt i seen them put on. They are scammers 16 pound out because they care for no one and they were cheaky about it when pointed out so I gave up. They took 40 minutes to see if working it should at most 30 minutes. I asked for manger and was told in there words "go to hell you retard piece of shit" pure rude lucky I was sick or I would started a fight over it.
