The staff Elise was very helpful in resolving it with a pleasant face and giving me a replacement within 20 mins with screen protector free of charge as I had it in the original device. Love to go back again
- DGDarren GladwellApr 3, 20265.0Booked my trade in online, PS5 valuation was given and the store emailed within 30 minutes of drop off to say they had confirmed the status and would be paying the full amount. 2 hours later the money was in my account and I can't fault the service at all, you worry about stores like this searching for hours to find the smallest of problems but none of that with the Bloomfield branch. Will hopefully use again in the future as they were 1st class
